    Description

    This is a vintage Art Deco era dress or scarf clip made of carved Galalith (sometimes called French Bakelite.) It is cream colored and carved to portray a flower in leaves.
    Has the original working hinged metal clip on the back, marked with a patent # 1852183 which indicates it's from 1932.
    Approx. 1 1/2" x 1" x 1/2" overall.
    Complete and intact, with some tiny crazing / cracks, aging, handling, factory irregularities, wear - see photos.
