Greetings! Thank you for joining us in order to preview an exceptionally scarce and distinctive historical freeze frame for any variety of collector, early transportation presentation and motorcycle archives. Offered here is an original (circa 1915) miniature b/w photographic original in a metal frame for display and protection. The antiquarian photograph (3 1/4” x 2 1/4”) captures good ole’ “Bud Baxter” wildly and enthusiastically burning dust upon his EXCELSIOR TWIN motorcycle. The early b/w affords the historian a wonderful duality, showing a horse drawn tanker in the background; either for firefighting or spraying the crops. A sharp action packed original; being presentation worthy while demonstrating some foxing and discoloration upon the backside, typical edge rubbing, corner bumping and discreet tear (1/2”) at the right margin. The image is crisp and supple, capturing nice detail for positive aesthetic appeal; especially within the frame. An uncommon photo for any serious collectors archives.
