c1950 Soft-Sided Souvenir Book "Rome in 100 Full-color Photos)." There is not publication date, but we believe that it was published shortly after WWII ended, at a time when the world was opening up, and people were starting to travel again. Many of the photos in this book are of famous places in Rome, as well as photos of paintings, gardens, fountains, and statues, Governmental buildings, etc. Plus the many other museums and cathedrals in Rome as well. It is in very good condition, but with some minor wear on the corners and edges, as well as some minor soiling. Unique and interesting "c1950 Soft-Sided Souvenir Book, "Roma, 100 Tavole in Tricroma (Rome in 100 Full-color Photos)." This book was published Bergamo, Italy.  There is no date in the book, but based on the photos, the people's clothing, the cars, the fact there were were little to no cars on the roads, we believe that it was published shortly after WWII ended, at a time when the world was opening up, and people were starting to travel again.
As the title suggests there are 100 large, full-color photos.  Many of the photos are of famous places in Rome, as well as photos of paintings, gardens, fountains, and statues.  But many of the larges architectural sites are included as well, such as the Vatican, large plazas, St Peter's cathedral, the Vatican Gardens, many rooms in the Vatican, Governmental buildings.   Of course there are may other museums and cathedrals in Rome as well.
The book itself in in very good condition, although it does show some minor wear on the corners and edges, as well as some minor soiling
